Hoofprints
Horses leave hoofprints on out hearts
Their golden touch lights up our thoughts
They belive in us when no one else will
And they will stay beside you when all else fails
This is animal that is hard to understand
They look at you and say,
Dont look me in the eye and dont stand the wrong way
I was destined to run free and now im here beside you
My sacrifice was a given and im here to lend it to you
I am yours and ill will protect you the best way i can
I am your horse and i’ll leave hoofprints on your heart.

This is really good! I used to live on a farm when I was younger and I loved to spend time with our horses.
